If you make a sale here on MyEzAppointment.com, your commission will be calculated as following:

$40.00/ month + $25.00/ setup fee = $65.00 X 45% = $29.25 (YOUR commission)

As for our tier commission, it is:

1 – 100 sales = 45% Commission
101 – 200 sales = 60% Commission
201 – 500 sales = 65% Commission
501+ = 70% Commission

And this is not all. Once your customer stays with us and keeps his/ her monthly recurring payments on time, you will also get a percentage of their recurring payment of $40.00/ month.

For example:

- You bring in 100 customers who stay with our MyEzAppointment System:

100 X $18.00/ month (YOUR commission of 45%) = $1,800.00/month recurring commission to YOU.

In other words, you will be paid as long as they keep with MyEzAppointment.com

- In case of 500 customers:

500 X $40.00 = $20,000 X 65% (YOUR commission) = $13,000/ month RECURRING to YOU.

In MyEzAppointment, we believe in two major things:

1- “Customers DO come first!”
2- “Once our customer, always our customer”.

Moreover, once you reach your “number 101” customer, all your previous recurring sales of 100 commissions will jump up to 60%. We know of no one else who does that, but we want to encourage and award your work. Besides, you will always enjoy yourself while working with us.
